By accessing and using Stocked ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Stocked is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that provides inventory management, order tracking, and business administration tools. The Service operates on a multi-tenant architecture where each account is an isolated tenant with separate data storage and access controls.
To use Stocked, you must create an account and select a subscription plan. You agree to:
You agree to pay the subscription fees for your selected plan. Payment terms and pricing are specified during sign-up. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your account on a recurring basis according to your billing cycle. Failed payments may result in service suspension or termination.
You retain all ownership rights to your data. Stocked operates as a multi-tenant system, and your tenant account is completely isolated from all other accounts. We implement technical and organizational measures to ensure data separation and prevent unauthorized access between tenants. You grant Stocked a limited license to store, process, and access your data solely to provide the Service.
You agree not to use Stocked to:
Stocked provides the Service on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance. Support availability varies by subscription plan.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stocked shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption. In no event shall Stocked's total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as-is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Stocked disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Stocked implements industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining backups of critical data. In the event of data loss, we will make reasonable efforts to recover your data from our systems, but recovery is not guaranteed.
Your subscription continues for the duration of your billing cycle and automatically renews unless cancelled. Either party may terminate this agreement:
Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases immediately. Data retention after termination is outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Stocked may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
Stocked may modify or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will provide notice for significant changes to core functionality.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
